Now, when you quit the game, the code will be part of the NVRAM file, and you won't have to enable it again to get the same effects. Unpause the game and wait until the 'First Power On' message is done, then put in a coin and press start to get to the character select screen. If you remove the tekken3.nv file from the NVRAM directory, start Tekken 3, and pause using the MAME pause button while still on the initial screen(which has vertical colored bars), you can enable the 'Unlock All Time-Released Options' code quickly enough to have the desired effect.
It may take me some time to determine if there is a calculation to use to make EEPROM codes out of NVRAM files, and if so, what that exact calculation is. If the NVRAM file is older, it may be significantly smaller, and that would screw up the location of the data within the game. NV file in the NVRAM directory, created by MAME32 0.84u3. The Permanant Time-Release code is only guaranteed to work on a fresh. This is different from the code previously posted, because it also lets you use the start button to access the extra costumes that the last code doesn't allow you to.
